Like as the plan is put forward, the festival with “flower garland and coloured lanterns” in Sapa will be organized on Saturday, September 6th 2014. On the festival, have about 55 decorative multi – coloured lantern of wards and schools in the Sapa town. The size of lights are specified: height under 1,8 meters; length under 3,5 meters. Not only all the lights have multiform about sizes, colors but also to respect and preserve the national character.
On festival with “flower garland and coloured lanterns”, next to the contest will have special items as: lion dance, music, lantern parade,…The lights go thourgh rostrum to be marked then will parade on Sapa town. Finish festival, organization department will award a prize for lights. Prizes include 01 first prize, 02 second prizes, 06 third prizes and many consolation prizes.
